- Partial Refund: If the damage is minor or replacement is not feasible, we may issue a partial refund.
- Accessory Re-delivery: In case of missing or damaged accessories, we will dispatch the accessories separately.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
π΅ Partial Payment for COD Orders
- All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a partial prepayment of βΉ200, which confirms your order.
- This amount is non-refundable in case you refuse to accept delivery.
This fee covers the forward and return courier charges levied by our delivery partner when an order is canceled or not accepted.

- Products must be unused and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, or wrong size selection (unless itβs a dispatch error on our part).
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days after product inspection.
